나의 제작 동기는 휴식에서 얻어진 것이다.
바쁜 일상에서 벗어나고자 바다를 찾게 되었다.
비록 화려한 색채가 아니어도 지친 마음에 풍요로움을 선사하는
자연의 위대한 힘에 매료되어 모래작업을 시작하였다.
겁의 인연으로 깎이는 바위처럼 가늠할 수 없는 세월을 통해
형성된 자갈과 모래의 이미지를 표현하고 싶었다.
